Brief Introduction

During the 13th Five Year Plan period, in order to implement the Made in China 2025 and the Guidelines for the Implementation of Green Manufacturing Projects (2016-2020) and accelerate the promotion of green manufacturing, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Construction of Green Manufacturing System in September 2016, deciding to carry out the construction of green manufacturing system. The construction of this system aims to promote the green development of the whole industry chain and the whole life cycle of products, takes enterprises as the main body of construction, and is based on an open and transparent third-party evaluation mechanism and standard system to ensure the standardization and unity of the construction of the green manufacturing system, with green factories, green products, green parks, and green supply chains as the main contents.

Green parkThe green park is a gathering platform for production enterprises and infrastructure highlighting green concepts and requirements, and focuses on the overall management and collaborative links between factories in the park. To promote the greening of the park, it is necessary to implement the concept of resource conservation and environmental friendliness in park planning, spatial layout, industrial chain design, energy utilization, resource utilization, infrastructure, ecological environment, operation management and other aspects, thus achieving a green park with the characteristics of layout agglomeration, structure green, link ecological and so on.

Green factoryThe green factory is the production unit of the manufacturing industry, the main body of the implementation of the green manufacturing project, the core support unit of the green manufacturing system, and focuses on the greening of the production process. Accelerate the construction of green plants with the characteristics of intensive land use, clean production, waste recycling, and low-carbon energy. Priority will be given to select a number of enterprises with good work foundation and strong representation in key industries such as iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, chemical, building materials, machinery, automobile, light industry, food, textile, medicine, electronic information and so on to establish green factories.
