Use the technology or professional knowledge of environmental science, adopt the technical means such as site survey, testing, experimental simulation, composition analysis, etc. to identify and judge the professional problems involved in the environmental pollution or ecological damage caused by illegal dumping, determine the nature of the pollutants from illegal dumping, assess the scope and extent of ecological environmental damage, assess the cost of pollution control, and formulate measures or schemes to prevent damage expansion and restore ecological environment. To help the regulatory authorities fight against crimes of environmental pollution and maintain social fairness and justice.
